  1. Representation in administrative and eligibility proceedings
  2. Representation in criminal proceedings
  3. Right to work
  4. Benefits totaling less than $50 per month per organization or individual
  5. Travel benefits for family illness and/or death
  6. Education in "SKILLS" modules
  7. Training in Agent Screening
  8. Right to have Agents monitored and regulated
